Meet the Speakers
At Mind & Social, we believe that some of life's greatest breakthroughs happen when thoughtful people gather to learn from one another.
We're excited to welcome two exceptional leadership experts for our next event on August 18, where they'll lead an interactive discussion on:
From Reactive to Grounded: Communication Under Stress
Whether you're leading a business, managing a team, navigating relationships, or simply trying to show up as your best self during challenging moments, this session will provide practical tools to help you respond with intention instead of reaction.
After the discussion, we'll continue the conversation over wine, cheese, charcuterie, and networking with an incredible community of entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals.
Meet Tracy Hall
For more than three decades, Tracy Hall has helped people understand that true resilience isn't built in the gym—it's built in the mind.
As a wellness and mindset coach with over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Tracy has evolved from helping clients build physical strength to helping them cultivate emotional resilience, self-awareness, and lasting personal transformation.
With a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and extensive training in behavior change, emotional intelligence, and personal growth, Tracy combines science with compassion to help people uncover the beliefs, nervous system patterns, and expectations that quietly shape the way they live and lead.
Her work is especially meaningful for high achievers—the leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who appear to have everything together while carrying far more than anyone realizes.
Tracy lives in a suburb of Atlanta with her husband and 15 year old son. When she's not coaching clients, you'll likely find her walking with a friend, discovering a new local restaurant, or rollerblading through Atlanta—because she believes that joy, movement, and connection remain some of life's best medicine.
Meet Barbara Leahy
Leadership isn't about having all the answers—it's about creating the self-awareness to ask better questions.
That's the foundation of Barbara Leahy's work.
With nearly three decades of experience coaching executives and leadership teams, Barbara has helped leaders navigate organizational change, strengthen self-awareness, and lead with greater clarity and impact. As the founder of Leadership Growth Partners, she partners with organizations during pivotal moments—from leadership transitions to evolving team dynamics—helping individuals move beyond high achievement toward truly impactful leadership.
Known for her warm yet candid coaching style, Barbara creates trusted spaces where leaders can reflect, uncover blind spots, and develop new ways of thinking. Her experience includes coaching leaders from organizations such as Chick-fil-A, Aflac, Wellstar, SunTrust, and Georgia Power, bringing both strategic insight and practical wisdom to every conversation.
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: sustainable leadership begins within.
Why This Conversation Matters
Stress doesn't just affect how we feel—it affects how we communicate, make decisions, and show up for the people around us.
Whether you're leading a company, managing a family, building a career, or simply striving to become more grounded in everyday life, learning to communicate with intention instead of reaction is one of the most valuable skills you can develop.
This won't be a lecture.
It will be an afternoon of honest conversation, practical insights, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to learn from two women who have spent decades helping others lead with greater awareness and authenticity.
We hope you'll join us for an inspiring afternoon of learning topped with wine, cheese, charcuterie, and networking with an incredible community of leaders who believe that personal growth and professional success go hand in hand.
